Seran Sribalan, has a been performing artist and choreographer for several years, having trained under leading gurus “The Dhananjayans” of Chennai, India. He is also the director and lead choreographer for Rasana Dance Theatre, founded by Seran in 2006. Seran has performed in Australia, India, South East Asia and Europe and is known for choreographically pushing boundaries with his creativity. He has produced and directed numerous acclaimed works, including Ravanesan (2008), Purananuru (2011), Rasalayam (2016) and most recently Varnarama (2018) as well as several solo productions.
