Alix Kuijpers is a Contemporary Dance and Drag artist from Adelaide, Australia. Graduating from Adelaide College of the Arts in 2020, Alix has had the privilege of working with international choreographers and Directors such as Michael Getman, Niv Marinberg, Jo Stone, Paulo Castro, Garry Stewart, Kialea-Nadine Williams, Gabrielle Nankivell, Peter Sheedy and Carol Wellman Kelly.
Alix is currently to studying an Honours degree for Dance at Flinders University becoming the first student ever to do so. Alix is in the midst of making the accompanying honours performance work Immaterial, a hybrid contemporary dance and drag solo work that explores the euphoria of gender, the divinity in self and the power in knowing who you are.
